Employment contracts are made by some employers on an &#8216;at will&#8217; basis. This means that the employee can be terminated at any time without any reason. But this should not be done on the basis of discrimination against race, religion, nationality, disability, sex and age. Sometimes, employees are terminated much before the expiry of contract periods. When some employees file a case against the employer for some legal reason that is acknowledged publicly, then employers try to terminate them. When a person is terminated for these reasons, then the employee may file a wrongful termination suit against the employer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">There are many federal laws enacted in the jurisdictions in the United States to avoid age, race, gender, or disability discrimination. When a person feels that he or she is terminated because of particular discrimination, then an attorney can be consulted. It is better to seek the advices and services from the attorney. The lawyer represents the victim in a court or a jury.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The attorney deals with the employer in order to find the rights and reputation of the victim in the workplace. The lawyer suggests the victim for filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If necessary a lawsuit is filed against the employer in assistance with the attorney in state or federal court on the basis of the case specifications. Many significant awards can be provided to the victim, if it is proved that the termination is unlawful. A programme was designed by the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) for hiring individuals of disadvantaged groups and backgrounds. Recipients of temporary assistance for needy families, food stamp recipients, and disabled or unemployed veterans were included in these groups.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Several restrictions were mentioned for eligibility to be hired by the WOTC. However, appropriate tax benefits were provided. Tax credits of up to $2,400 was provided for each new adult hire. Up to $1,200 was provided for each summer youth hire. Each new disabled veteran hire was offered with tax credit up to $4,800. The tax credit was up to $9,000 for each new long-term TANF recipient hired over a two-year period. Apart from the federal tax incentives, state credits are also offered by 39 states for employing people from disadvantaged groups.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Qualification of new adult employees was based on the rule that they should work for 120 hours. The qualification for summer youth employees was that they should work for at least 90 days from 1st of May to 15th of September. Tax bills can be saved by hiring employees from such groups. However, the cost of hiring an employee was not covered by the Work Opportunity Tax Credit. <p style="text-align: justify;">During working hours, many of the employees go for instant messaging, online gaming, social networks and video websites which is decreasing the productivity. Unrestricted Internet access will encourage employees to download illegal or copyrighted content from peer to peer networks. They can also abuse the company e-mail system. They will just waste the valuable time in surfing useless websites.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Around 70 to 80 percent of employees commit computer crimes against their employers. Employees commit financial fraud or intellectual property theft.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">It is important for the small businesses to keep a check on their employees than getting into potential pitfalls. There are a very wide range of employee monitoring options available. They are Internet monitoring and filtering, e-mail and instant messaging logging, centralized real time monitoring, screenshot and keystroke logging. They all vary in cost and complexity. On installing them, it will be very easy to monitor employees. It will be very easy to keep an eye on new  employees or who are potentially problematic. It is also necessary to check ongoing performances of the employees. It will increase effectiveness of the employee and productivity. By applying few steps, it will be easy to eliminate the non work related Internet activity and legal liability. <p style="text-align: justify;">When US government found that there is no job creation in private sector, they lowered the taxes, created the incentives and spent a lot to the spur hiring. US president Barack Obama also signed a bill, which federally funds unemployment extension. He also announced the additional investments in incentives to encourage families and businesses to build more energy-efficient businesses, which will create increased flow of new jobs. Deficit weigh is another step, which helps to create more new jobs.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">US suffered a lot with recession and it can be visualize by seeing lots people who are jobless and many big business giants have come down. US government applied some new steps to recover from this situation but it will take time to be as earlier.</p>
