Here we are going to discuss simple but effective technique which could help you to come out of such things with a little effort. </p>
<p>Yoga – one of the ancient forms of physical and mental practice is known to produce effective benefits with effortless techniques. Yoga includes different postures and various breathing techniques which help people practice to become fit- physically and mentally. For now let us discuss the mental and emotional benefits of practicing yoga. </p>
<p>Yoga is known as an effective stress reduction and relaxation tool. The breathing techniques involved in yoga produce a meditative and soothing state of mind. In the beginning, yoga practitioners may feel it difficult to practice and adopt such kind of techniques, but within a short period they can get used to it and hence enjoy the maximum benefits. </p>
<p>Particular poses like Setu Bandasana (bridge pose), Chakrasana (wheel pose), Utrasana (camel pose), and fish pose are specially designed to achieve mental strength. Though these poses sound and look physical, the effect of these asanas can be clearly seen on the emotional body. They give emotional strength to balance the emotions, and also helps in regulating the moods. In short they help us keep mind in our control. In such a state, our mind will listen to whatever we say and the habits and behaviors which we used to have in the past will never bother us. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We all know that regular practicing of Yoga offers many health benefits but no one has enough time to do Yoga because people think, to do Yoga, they need to spend lot of time. And somebody thinks that suddenly stopping of doing Yoga can give negative effects on health. But this is not the truth. If you set and spend few minutes daily in the morning for doing Yoga, you will notice a huge difference in your day. If you want, however, a good health then obviously your mind should be pleasant and relaxed. When you reduce the stress, you automatically get a peaceful mind.</p>
<p>We all know that Yoga contains many postures which make the body physically and mentally fit. Below are some of the Yoga poses or postures which you can complete in just 5 to 6 minutes in morning.</p>
<p>In the first minute: Find a best place to start the morning session of Yoga. You sit with your legs crossed comfortably, or in an easier pose, with your knees out to your sides and one foot resting in front of the opposite shin. At the same time, pull in your belly, stretch your spine upward and relax your shoulders down. Then, set an intention for that day by closing your eyes and observing your breath.</p>
<p>In the second minute, do some simple stretches in your body to wake up your spine and connect to your breath. Then, stand comfortably, with your feet parallel, hip width-apart. Inhale and raise your arms overhead. Exhale and bend forward, reaching for the floor. Inhale and stretch your spine forward and exhale and bend forward. Again inhale and raise your arms. Like this continue the sequence.</p>
<p>In the third minute, stretch your arms and shoulders, legs, spine, hips downward facing like dog.</p>
<p>In the fourth minute, build your core muscles in boat pose to strengthen. Sit down with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Lift your body parts or shins so that they are parallel with the floor and lean back slightly. And hold for up to minute.  </p>
<p>In the fifth minute, relax your body by just laying on your back facing towards the ceiling.</p>

However, to achieve all these things one needs to go to the yoga training session with an open mind which is ready to adapt new things.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">One has to develop positive attitude towards yoga before going for their first yoga session. Belief that it can help them and can cure their problem is all which makes the difference. Try to put your egos and attitudes a side before the trainer as you have gone there to learn something and not to show your attitude. Respect your trainer as you respect your teachers and parents and that is the only way to see good results in a short time.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Everyone should be ready for anything in the session. Let it be a reward that you are performing well or a negative feedback about the poor performance. Remember, the trainer do not have any personal grudge on any one to give negative feedback. Take them positively as your areas of improvement and work hard to make them better. Neglecting the feedback from your trainer will only affect your practice and results and no way hurts or creates loss to the trainer.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Anyone can do yoga. There is no age limit or any other excuse to say no to yoga. Many people with heavier bodies think they can&#8217;t do yoga. But it is not the correct way. Your attitude is more important for you than anything. Think in a different and positive way, be with an intention that “I can do it”, and do your best to achieve the things. Nothing is impossible with strong determination and desire.</p>
